I agree and knew clive davis’ stupidity long time ago in allowing whitney houston to make a “come back”. Making an album and going on tours does not solve any of whitney’s problems, fans knew her voice was gone and she received bad reviews for her concerts. Her success of her albums were nowhere near in 80’s-90’s. Why did record executives not suggest whitney take a sabbatical not just post The Bodyguard but post her divorce and rehab. She doesn’t need to make those albums post 2000 and go on tours based on her voice alone. They really didn’t care, all they want is to lure whitney into making more money and used her as a product. Then this, did clive of people really expected her to work after she finished her movie. That’s another one of those comebacks, who was in charge of the stupid comeback concept that was more stressful for whitney. Whitney was and still naive and got used by the music industry and everyone around her. A person taking those medications has some serious issues and don’t know what issues whitney had to be dependent on those kind of medications.
